Staff & Board
RFF Inc. is governed by a volunteer board of directors. The board of RFF Inc. and its employees meet on a monthly basis to attend to the administrative and financial aspects of RFF Inc. and its current and future programs.
The Executive Committee of RFF Inc. is made up of the president, the vice-president, the secretary and the treasurer. This committee provides a liaison between RFF Inc.'s board of directors and its Artistic Director, and is active in the negotiation of employment contracts and in addressing any concerns the Artistic Director may have. A yearly performance assessment of the Artistic Director is also carried out by the executive committee.
The board of directors of RFF Inc. is actively involved in all aspects of governance of the organization while the staff handles the operational side of RFF Inc. Some board members also serve as committee heads for the Regina Folk Festival and/or serve as volunteers at the Concert Series’ events.
