THE 2012 RFF OFFICIAL PRESS KIT will be available online after the launch scheduled for March 15th.

REGINA FOLK FESTIVAL MEDIA POLICY:
Please note, the festival offers a limited number of media passes - even if you apply by the deadline, space is not guaranteed. Completed applications must be signed by editors, assignment editors, or producers. We do not accredit freelancers without a definite assignment from a program or publication.
Priority will be given to
-Daily newspapers
-Magazines, weekly and bi-weekly newspapers
-Local radio and television affiliates
-Approved and well-established websites
-Wire services (CP, Reuters, etc.)
During the festival, all performer interviews are arranged through our Media Coordinators.
Interviews with artists prior to or after the festival can be arranged directly with media coordinators. You'll find links to all artists web sites on the performer line-up page.
Make your requests early. Give the Media Services Crew as much advance notice as possible so we can arrange your requests.

Media Coordinators Media Coordinators will facilitate on-site performer interviews, media conferences and respond to all media inquiries during the Festival. To contact the media coordinators, please stop by the Information booth located on the south side of the cenotaph in Victoria Park.
We appreciate receiving copies or links of coverage of the festival or our other year-round concerts and events. Please send them to info@reginafolkfestival.com. The Regina Folk Festival reserves the right to revoke credentials for unprofessional behavior or conduct.
Credentials are not transferable. Images for editorial use are available on our media downloads page, please contact the folk festival office for more information. Also, no credentialed media may take video footage (including digital) except for accredited local TV affiliates or those with advance written consent from the Regina Folk Festival.
